Surface Gel Tek, LLC (SGT) developed and patented "gelled solutions" for concrete surface preparation and the decorative concrete industry. The gelled products are highly effective, cost efficient and environmentally & end user safer than any alternative product or method available. The gelled formulations allow SGT's products to be applied to horizontal, vertical and even inverted surfaces increasing placement control and reaction time, a benefit that reduces applicator's time, material and overhead. SGT's products react only at the surface interface and do not penetrate the substrate where the concrete integrity could be compromised, they are flushable to drain, neutralized with clean water, will not affect the pH of the surface once they are completely rinsed off, have no noise or sand pollution and are easy to use. SGT's gelled acid products are READY TO USE - DO NOT DILUTE.

Our products are "System Completers". By that we mean they work with other products to allow them to work better. They increase the bond between the surface and the coating or overlayment.

Surface preparation is key to any concrete project. 80% of all concrete coatings and overlayment failures are directly related to lack of or inadequate surface preparation.

Our products are your "Claims Reduction Partner". By that we mean if your overlayments and coatings don't fail on the surface, or delaminate, you don't have a claim to solve. It is always better to get new bids than to correct failures. We've made surface preparation easier, environmentally and end user friendly and will work on indoor/outdoor, large or small projects. Our products are flushable to sewer and contain NO VOCs.

SGT's gelled acid products are designed to "open up" the concrete surface, give it tooth. At the same time they will remove: top laitance, rust, mold, mildew, ground in dirt and grime, grease and oil, even paint overspray. Everything they remove is held within the gel.

All of SGT's acid based products are gelled. This major benefit increases control even on vertical surfaces and increases dwelling time. Let's face it, control is a major benefit.
