PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Stain Mule™ The Stain Carrier

Stain Mule™ mixes with acid, water, acrylic, solvent based, dyes and dry-powder colorants.
When using any non-acid colorants, profile the concrete surface prior to application using TEK GEL™ for Profiling, TEK GEL™ for Flattooing or HD24. Stain Mule™ can be applied before or after Flattoo™ is removed.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE / APPLICATION:
- Ready for job-site mixing.
- Excellent for use with Flattoos™.
- If using water based or dry powder colorants, surface requires profiling first using Tek Gel™ for Profiling or HD24.
- If decorative Flattooing™ is desired, use Tek Gel™ for Stenciling.
- In separate container, mix 1/2 part Stain Mule™ to 1 part colorant. (1/2:1)
- Stir or shake colored Stain Mule™ well before applying to horizontal/vertical concrete surfaces.
- Allow mixture to remain on surface in compliance with colorant manufacturer's recommendation.
- Neutralize and/or clean surface in compliance with colorant manufacturer's recommendation. Stain Mule™ is water-soluble.
- If deeper color intensity is desired, repeat above steps.

PRIMARY USE:
- Designed for job-site color mixing for precision color placement control to horizontal, vertical & inverted concrete surfaces.
- When using water based or dry powder colorants, surface requires profiling using TEK GEL™ for Profiling or HD24 prior to application of colored Stain Mule™.
- When decorative stenciling is desired, use TEK GEL™ for Stenciling.
LIMITATIONS/INCOMPATIBILITIES:
- Darker colorants yield best results.
- Lighter colorants may require additional applications to achieve desired color intensity.
- When mixing dry powder colorants, once Stain Mule™ and colorant has dried on the surface, sweep or vacuum surface thoroughly before sealing.
- Avoid continuous direct sunlight
- Avoid freezing
- Follow all applicable State, Federal and Local chemical disposal regulations.
