Application Instructions for Tek Gel Profiler on Large Areas

Set up staging area using a plastic tarp to prevent unintended etching and to provide a clean-up area.

Outdoor

Pre-wetting the surface relieves some heat stress on pad. All standing water must be removed.

1. Shake or stir the product completely prior to applying.

2. Product can be applied by using non-metallic and acid resistant tools, i.e., squeegee, roller, brush, lambs wool pad, sprayer, etc.

3. Apply product evenly.

4. Let stand 5 - 15 minutes. For a deeper profile, product can be reactivated using a hard bristled non-metallic brush. Second application may be necessary.

5. Thoroughly remove all product from surface with water and flush to sewer.

Indoor without floor drains

Repeat steps 1 - 4 for outdoor applications.

Using plastic/rubber tools, collect excess product into a plastic pail and neutralize before discharging with copious amounts of water to drain.

Neutralize surface and thoroughly clean surface of all remaining product. Repeat cleaning process with clean water. A "Wet Vac" can be utilized for neutralizing and secondary cleaning steps.
